The Shiba Inu Metaverse is the most highly anticipated project on Shibarium, the layer 2 technology from Shiba Inu, which saw its official beta launch on Saturday. The WAGMI Temple is the first of 11 hubs in the SHIB metaverse and is named after the crypto rally cry “We’re All Going to Make It.” According to the official Shiba Inu token website, the Wagmi Temple offers “a Zen-like realm of calming sensations, meditation, natural beauty, and spiritual connections to the world” and is meant to guide users through SHIB’s history and the token’s discovery and decentralized roots.

Back on March 10, Shiba Inu’s chief developer Shytoshi Kusama revealed the poster for the SXSW premiere. The poster disclosed that the Metaverse experience would take place March 12-14 at Booth 701 in the Congressional Ballroom in Austin, Texas. Kusama urged the SHIB army to visit the booth at SXSW – and now the community knows why.
The visit to SXSW was more than worth it for the SHIB community. Luckily, a few members shared their experience. After the premiere, some clips of the Metaverse experience have surfaced, showing picturesque scenery with high mountains. “Scorchia” also clarified that users do not need a VR headset to enter the Shiba Inu Metaverse.

“Brandikono” also showed a very small section of the mountain landscape, on top of which is hidden a temple. The mountains are connected by a huge suspension bridge. She also revealed that they will reveal more views of the Shiba Inu Metaverse.

SHIB Will Get More Use Cases
The SHIB Metaverse is the unique metaverse space of the Shiba-Inu ecosystem that offers participants the opportunity to acquire over 100,000 properties. Those who own land in the Metaverse can earn rewards. The SHIB token is also used to add images and logos to the land plots. SHIB can be used to name or rename plots of land, burning it each time as well.
At press time, the SHIB price was at $0.00001060, up 3.2% within the last 24 hours. A look at the 4-hour chart reveals that SHIB was rejected at the key resistance level of $0.00001087, and subsequently found support at $0.00001040. For a further uptrend, the aforementioned resistance is crucial to avoid retesting the low at $0.00000967.
